Q. Will you see my online order today and get it sent out?

A. Absolutely! All orders are dealt with the same day, if it is still possible to get them dispatched. (We take weekday orders up to 6:30pm.) Its a priority with us that you get your product as soon as possible. When you order online, we have it in front of us seconds later, and are dealing with it. Delivery times

• On the back of your envelope, if you are in the UK, it will say "York Plumbing Supplies". This is not us trying to be funny, but rather thinking of a name for something that is less likely to go missing enroute - so that it doesn't look like a nice little present, and also so that it is more private for you, especially if it is being delivered to your office. Otherwise it will say Bremner & McNamara, or Sweet Cures.

If you can't get your payment card to work, please don't give up. We wouldn't let you go without the product when you really need it. Just telephone your order to us on 01904-340916. You can also call your order in and send us a cheque. We won't wait on it arriving, or clearing, because we trust our customers, and we've rarely been let down.

Security

We don't take your card details on our own website - you pay on a completely secure site. Making a payment through Worldpay is as safe as it gets - your computer becomes a secure payment machine, similar to that in any shop - with the difference that by putting the transaction through yourself, you are the only one that handles your card.

When you order from us below, you go straight through to the Worldpay Secure Server, with 128 bit encryption. Worldpay is owned and operated by the Royal Bank of Scotland. So it is as safe dealing with us as with any high street bank. We accept most types of cards, but we prefer debit cards, because they cost less to process, allowing us to keep our prices down, so please use Switch/Maestro/Visa Delta, if you can.

If you order 100g, you get 2 x 50g packs = Approximately 60 level teaspoons (1.6 grams per dose. But kick start your self-treatment with a heaped teaspoonful, (3.2g) then another an hour later.

For your benefit, we send out first class post orders in sealed flat packs that can go through your letterbox. We know it's not always possible to immediately rush to open the door to the postman when you have cystitis, and less possible to dash down to the post office to collect a parcel. For delivery purposes you therefore need to consider whether it is most important to be sure of getting it the next day (Special Delivery & you need to sign for it) or to be sure it will go through your letterbox on its own without you being there.

How much are you going to need?

Our Suggestion: it depends on whether you are dealing with bacterial or interstitial cystitis, a long-standing or recurrent infection, or a new one that hasn't had the chance to really establish itself. One pack/tub will usually do the job for a new or first time infection. You'll need more if you are are fighting a severe or long-term infection, or if you are catheterising or have interstitial cystitis. Also, it's worth noting that it is a good idea to have some in your handbag or pocket. If you ever feel the first symptoms starting again, immediately take a heaped teaspoonful of Waterfall D-Mannose, and take another an hour later. • Your privacy is our concern. We won't discuss your order with anyone but you.
• We never see your credit card details, and we never therefore store them. As soon as you pay you will receive an email confirmation.
• If you pay by 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm UK time (latest), (5pm for Special Delivery) your goods will be dispatched the same day.
